Use Your Lead Leg for More Speed

If you tend to miss golf shots short and right, pay attention to your lead leg... 👀⛳️ A lot of golfers think creating more rotation means they need to twist harder with their upper body. But this video shows a different way to think about it. Good golf swing rotation starts with how you use the ground. Load into the trail side, shift pressure toward the lead side, then use that lead leg to push up and rotate through the golf ball. Think: LOAD RIGHT → SHIFT LEFT → PUSH THROUGH Instead of trying to create all your speed by twisting with your upper body, you’re using your legs and pressure shift to help generate the rotation. That can give you a much better foundation for clubhead speed, power, and more consistent ball striking. Watch the video again and focus on the left leg. Notice how getting pressure onto that side creates a place to push from through the shot. The hard part is actually learning what that pressure shift is supposed to feel like in your own golf swing. That’s where the Ball First Board comes in. It gives you physical feedback while you practice so you can train the load, shift, and push instead of wondering whether you’re doing it correctly. If you’ve been trying to create more speed by simply swinging or twisting harder, start from the ground up. 👇 Train the move with the Ball First Board click link or comment "BALL FIRST" https://improve.shotcraftgolf.com/products/bfb/lp2?utm_content=youtube-short-Leftlegbfb&utm_medium=social Save this golf drill for your next range session and watch the reel one more time with your eyes on the lead leg. #GolfSwing #GolfTips #GolfInstruction #GolfSwingTips #GolfRotation #PressureShift #BallStriking #ClubheadSpeed #GolfDrills #GolfTraining
